Congrats! Hope everything goes smoothly for you.
You are very smart not to give away too many details about the house online. There was just an article in my Realtor magazine advising realtors to counsel their clients NOT to post too much online about their house hunt. There were cautionary tales of buyers compromising their negotiating position by putting info on Facebook or other sites regarding the amount of their offer, what they are willing to pay, etc. Remember the deal is not done at this point, so you don't want to invite someone else to make a higher offer or post something unflattering about the sellers that could get back to them. Just something for everyone who posts on here to keep in mind...
