Holy crap! They've accepted our offer!
Finally-- after a month of negotiating-- we have come to a price and I will be signing the sales agreement tomorrow! I am so excited and scared at the same time!!!!

It makes sense. Everyone selling has some bottom figure that they will accept, but to not sell your home over $2K seems silly.

That's terrific, congrats!!!
I know exactly what you mean about the "scared" part...we just closed last week. The first thing I said to DH when we got back in the car was...
"WHAT did we just do??!!!" I started to stress over the money and over everything...but I know in the long run, it's a good thing!
