Nursery school moms - does your school call if DC is very upset?
Apparently Sarah had a very bad day at school today. She was crying the whole time, and when she's upset it's this hysterical cry where she is so upset you can't understand what she's saying. I get there a few minutes early to peek on her playing with her classmates and see her teacher hugging her and she's crying, and when the teacher noticed me she brought Sarah right out and told me she was like that the whole time. The teacher was surprised how upset she was and that she couldn't understand her since she has a strong vocabulary - meanwhile my other one is getting speech therapy - go figure.
I don't understand why they didn't call me to get her sooner, rather than torture her for 2.5 hours.

yikes.. my DDs school calls if she is upset and doesn't calm down... they should have called you

I'm shocked! They called us when DS didn't calm down in the beginning! I would definitely say something.
