no bra to bed
do you think not wearing one to bed over a long period of time has an effect on your breasts? as in, do you think they lose firmness, sag, etc?
ive always wondered this. i usually wear one to bed out of habit, but sometimes dont.

Re: no bra to bed
I could not even imagine wearing a bra to bed, mine comes off the minute I walk in the door from work.
I have a tiny A cup chest, so I can't see gravity having that big of an effect.

Re: no bra to bed
I've never slept in a bra! So uncomfy for me. I let my DDD's have a little wiggle room at night Their saggy to begin with because they weigh so much!

Re: no bra to bed
I do. Even more so now that I am pregnant they are huge (not to mention killing me) and I am scared they will sag after birth. I guess since I am used to it I don't find it uncomfortable at all

I could NEVER sleep in a bra. I let my ladies breathe at night.
My mom has NEVER worn one either & hers have only sagged bc of weight.

I don't. I've heard this too, but when you sleep you are laying down and you're not putting that much stress on them.

Re: no bra to bed
Ever since pregnancy I've worn a bra 24/7. I'm doing everything I can to keep them somewhat perky!

Re: no bra to bed
I only wore one to bed was when I was breastfeeding DD. It was a nursing bra so it was pretty comfy (no wires or anything.) I was happy to go back to sleeping without one when I stopped BFing.

Re: no bra to bed
I sleep with a bra more often than not, though less now than I did when I was younger.
my boobs have fluctuated in size from a double D to a large B (heavier to very thin) and I credit the VERY little/non existent sagging that I have with wearing a bra at almost all times.
I am PETRO of my boobs sagging (I think they are pretty nicely shaped) so unless I am trying to get dh's "attention" I tend to have one on.

Re: no bra to bed
I don't wear a bra to bed - that being said - after having my son - my boobs went from very perky - to completely deflated. If wearing a bra to bed would correct that - I'm all for it!

Re: no bra to bed
Sometimes I wear one and sometimes I don't. For some reason I always feel more comfortable with a bra on since I'm a little on the chesty side!

Re: no bra to bed
I am a 34D and I take it off as soon as I walk in the door. I have read that when you are prego and breast feeding, it helps to wear a bra to alleviate some of the pain. I actually hate wearing a bra, and can't wait to have kids, finish breastfeeding and get a breast reduction.
I really love taking my bra off, but I guess I could get some comfy "sleep bras" if it will help prevent sagging.
