If you were discharged before the baby how did you handle feedings? Especially for those of you with older ones at home. I'm being discharged tomorrow and guessing baby will be here another week although of course who knows for sure. I just started nursing yesterday and it's going well but I can't process how it will go once I'm home. Did you have a schedule of which feedings you did and which were bottles? I can't figure out how I will get here for a decent amount of the feedings without missing the whole day at home. I haven't seen my older one since Sunday as it is. Any advice would be great.

Re: nicu moms who bf
My youngest was born at 32 weeks ' stayed 4 weeks in NICU. I had a 10.5 month old at home but thankfully my mom stayed with him. I spent most of my days at the hospital & the overnight feedings were the ones that the hospital had to handle solo. I did a lot of pumping while I was home & at the hospital. I built up a cold stash that the hospital kept on hand & they would use for the feedings I wasn't there for
