New to Forums
Hello,
I'm new to forums so I'm not sure how this works and I've typed this a few times already so I hope it actually posts sometime tonight.
We're going to start TTC so I bought an OPK and want to start testing on CD9 since it will be my first time ever testing.
I was wondering when I start counting. Do I start counting at the first sign of AF as CD1 or when she really kicked in (if you know what I mean) 2 days later?

as far as af is concerned CD1 is the first day AF shows that you need to use a pad or a tampon ...
