New Question-For those who use OPK consistently
When you POAS for OPK's...how many days prior to your ovulation day and after do you get at least a faint line?
I'm trying to rule out some stuff in my head. I hope this makes sense.

Re: New Question-For those who use OPK consistently
You will have varying amounts of LH in your system throughout your cycle. Even if you took an OPK on CD1, you may have some LH.
The only time an OPK test result is important is when it's positive. Before and after ovulation don't matter and the lines could vary greatly before an after.

I understand that, but I'm actually asking to try to rule something out. Thanks :)

Re: New Question-For those who use OPK consistently
This is my first cycle using OPK, I started on CD15 (I have longer cycles/ 35 days). every day had a faint second line. they started to get darker on CD 17, CD 18 was close to positive, a postive on CD 19, and today CD20 it was back to a very faint line

Sorry, I'm confused then. What I was getting at is that you could have a faint line every single day of your cycle and then just a positive on 1 or 2 days. Do you just want to know how many days people actually got the faint lines? The reason I ask is because people don't usually test every day of the cycle, just a few days before until they get the positive and how many days before just depends on when the person decides to start testing. So I guess I'm not sure what you're asking, sorry! I'm just crashing here, trying to help

YES, exactly!!! For example, when I used to use OPK's, I used to start testing around 8 DPO and O around day 14, so I was wondering how big the range was for others seeing faint lines.

Re: New Question-For those who use OPK consistently
My smileys are all over the place! This month I was determined to BD like crazy the week I thought I was fertile. Well, my smiley face came 4 days later than last month on CD 23, so we BD'ed A LOT. I was convinced that I missed my smiley face because it was so late, then low and behold it appeared. One month it appeared on CD 8 or 10 (can't remember), so I always start testing early.
