I went through this with a friend. It was really tough to be strong. It was very bitter sweet. It's like you are happy for her but still coming to terms.
I think take as much time as you need and as others have said- only let her know what you want to.

You have every right to be upset. I would recommend calling her when you know she isn't home and just leave a quick message that says something like "just heard the good news, congratulations, speak to you soon". That way you don't have to talk to her, but did your good deed.
This is what I would reccommend! Especially if you normally talk to her on the phone or dh does. You dont want her to think you are having a hard time with it (even though its ok to feel like that). Make her think you are excited. Hopefully the message will get that across and then you can move on and not dwell on it! Im so sorry! I can understand!
