My take on tonight's Police concert...
So I toughed it out and went to the show with 3 weeks until I am due to pop. DH had gotten me the tickets for my B-day and I knew it would be a while before we would have an opportunity to go to a show again.
Let me just say this, the music was wonderful. The Police re-arranged so many of their songs making them contemporary and the crowd had a great time. I simply wished I had more energy to enjoy it.
What I want to know is how the EFF does Sting continue to get better looking as he gets older. I swear to G-d this man in so friggin incredible. His eyes (as shown on the screens) are such a deep blue and despite his greyed beard and the fact that he is ALMOST old enough to be my father, I would still have him on the top of my "list of people I am allowed to BLEEP" should I ever meet them.

Yeah and some dimwitted 20 something in the parking lot said "Oh he is good looking for his age." I wanted to grab her by the collar and say "Honey, he is good looking for ANY friggin age!"

She was giggling all night about how hot Sting looked!

My DH and I were amazed at how good he looked last night. He's in great shape, but he also didn't look the least bit winded the entire show. Even during the encore, he is really taking care of himself.

 I have wanted to see him since I was 16 years old. Then, when The Police got together and started touring I wanted to go so bad but this was at the time before our wedding when we just could not afford it. I was able to find a great deal on tix for my parents and with my brother and sister we chipped in and got them for their anniversary -- then, I had to hear about how AMAZING they were from them for weeks lol. 
I want to see them so bad and he is so freaking gorgeous - I have always always always been attracted to him - I don't care how young, old, whatever! And I'm not usually into blonds. His voice is unbelievable and I'm so angry that I still do not have the extra money lying around to afford tix.
Will they tour again?

DH and I went to the Monday show and were up very close to the stage. He had to hold me back from jumping up to get to Sting.

I know, I was p o'd when I heard this. I have seen Sting in concert many, many times and the last time I saw thim without a shirt was when I was in High school.
Well, I'm going to MSG on Thursday and hopefully Sting's clothing will be minimal.

If so, I have Kenneth's fundraiser that night.
But I can't believe they are that cheap - I have only seen 200 or so dollars -- I think we paid $275 for the pair for my parents - they were nice seats.

not only is he hot...but he LOVES LITERATURE...how many sonwriters nod to Faust in their songs...
I heart him so much!
I agree though...it was kinda a dead crowd....I didn't stand up once...the energy just wasn't there...
loved seeing them and hearing the songs though. they are definite musicians.
and um....Andy is SHOOORRRTTTT
