My son is sick and has RSV
Can I rub him down with Vicks? He is 20 months this Friday. He woke up all night long, every time he started coughing. Poor little guy sounds horrible.

i know the little remedies brand makes a kids vicks of sorts -
poor guy. Hope he's feeling better soon!

There is a baby Vicks that you can use from 3 months up.. I just bought some yesterday.

Yes baby vicks
also make sure you are using saline and aspirator
stand in front of the warm shower
Do you have a nebulizer? It worked for my kids

We tried a breathing treatment at the ped yesterday. He fought and screamed for 10 minutes. We had to hold him down to get him to breathe it in. Doctor is going to re-evaluate him on Friday to see if he needs the treatments.
I have a cool mist humidifier and we are using that in his room. I will get the saline and baby vicks tonight. Thanks ladies

But I do hope he gets better soon. I remember not long ago you posted he was sick for the first time. That must be hard.

Thanks It is hard for me to go to work when he is sick. He was calling for me all night "Mamamamamama"
