My Mom's Chihua is dying - Update - He's gone
I'm so upset, he's been a part of our lives for over 15 years....
He fainted in the yard and the emergency vet said there isn't anything they can really do until Tuesday, so they are bringing him home and I'm going over there to see him and say goodbye.
I love my Yonies....
Update;
Well - after three emergency vets, the consensus is that his stomach cancer is really bad and that is what caused him to faint. The last place put him in an oxygen chamber for a little while and he is doing much better. He's home and they said this may happen again. He will either have to be put down at some point or will just pass on his own. My mom and sisters want him to be home if and when he goes, so that's where he is now.
Thank you all for your hugs. I helped my mom pick him out when he was a tiny puppy...he's been a part of our lives forever it seems.
Update-6/6:
He passed last night. He did the same scream thing and passed out, but didn't come back this time. Thankfully, he has been home with his family and was held as he went.

Omg, as a chihuahua owner, this breaks my heart!  I am happy that he lived a long, happy life with you and your family. and  for you, your family, and the doggie
