BTDT mom advice please!
Yesterday one of the boys realized they can climb onto the couch! The problem is is that they don't understand gravity yet! What did you do when yours started to do this?? Does this mean I can't leave them alone?

I would say "You're going to fall down & hurt yourself!" They don't need to understand the concept of gravity, they just need to know they can hurt themselves.
eta. Yes, you can leave them alone with instructions not to go on the couch. One helpful thing is to teach them how to get off the right way.
