My baby is here!
Hi Everyone! Im Back with my baby girl! Baby Julia was born on Thursday, February 23rd at 11:11 am. It was wonderful to be surprised and we couldn't be happier with our baby girl - we are so in love!
As you know - I was 5 days late and was admitted to the hosiptal on Wednesday to have cerivdal inserted and then induced on Thursday morning at 9:00 am and she was born a few hours later - she came so soon - the doctor was so surprised - I pushed for 1/2 hour and out came Julia. The whole experience was wonderful - the first few days have been alittle hard but im recuperating well. I did have the epidural and it was a godsent - but the whole experience was beautiful and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
She weighs 7 lbs, 6 oz and is 20 inches long. She has such long legs and feet and everyone says she looks like daddy. Here are a few pics!
Good luck to the new mommies to be out there - the moment you see your little baby - you will fall instantly in love!! Ill be here to visit and looking forward to seeing you on the parenting boards soon.
