Re: must haves in a home...
We are picky on location so the neighborhood we want is our ultimate MUST HAVE.
Also for our next home we would like:
At least two full baths
4 bedrooms
finished basement
kitchens and baths that are newish--not interested in doing any work--move in ready kind of people

Re: must haves in a home...
Musts for us:
4 bedrooms at least 2 baths quiet street in a neighborhood (not a street off a main road) attached garage storage space (either a basement or big attic)
Wants for us:
Gas heat CAC Pool
We really weren't picky at all.. we didn't care if the entire house was OLD and not updated, as long as it was liveable we could update as we go. It took us a few months, but we found our house that had all our musts and our wants. It just needs a ton of updating. Hang in there, the entire process is very stressful.
