Please, you're not oblivious...I still haven't moved!!  I do hate going to work every day because once you resign and give an end date working is sort of moot...but I plan (and God willing) on being in my new country state come April...

It's hard Heather. I basically have done phone interviews up the ying yang and am flying out (prob next week) for face to face interviews. Once we're down there I'm dedicating the first week to interviews...

Yes, that's true. Gotta see the silver lining. I have been getting really positive feedback and call backs...but I need to be down there. A NY area code doesn't help...
I'm trying to get into anything that works "normal" hours...so no retail or hospitality. I'm in retail right now and even though it's corporate we have to open holidays and crap...I don't want that! 
So basically I'll take any job I can do in my price range as long as I get holidays off and it's M-F 9-5...

Why? We don't have to be miserable...we have to live the lives we want NOW because we're not here forever. Don't settle!
I gave an end date because they so didn't want me to leave and I can get comfortable...so being unemployed and possibly having a mortgage will be hard...but if not now, when?
