I had a big salad with lettuce, shredded cheese, egg whites, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles and tons of vinegar!

I was a pig 
Chicken cutlet hero with cheddar, bacon and BBQ sauce.
Washed it down with a strawbery shortcake ice cream bar.
This was the first day I have really eaten like that and I'm regretting it now!

everything bothers me..so i read that potatoes were ok for gas, etc.
the cafeteria miraculously had mashed potatoes at their hot bar..and holy moses..they were sooo good. i want to go back and get more but then i'll really be ill.
i got a salad with it. weird..i know...
