Lovenox Users WWYD?
Last night I had a terrible headache and passed out early and for the first time I forgot to do my Lovenox shot! I'm slightly freaking out. What should I do?

It is alright. I have forgotten a few times and just take it again when I remember. The problem with Lovenox is that it only stays in your system for 12 hours. So you want to try and not to forget.

So I should do it now? Then do I do it again tonight? I usually only do it once a day.

I'm pretty sure I forgot a couple of times and I did it the next time I was due for one.
Call your dr. and ask.

don't double up! call your dr first. mine said to skip it if i forgot it one day. also, you should ask b/c lovenox should be done in the morning! i'm sure you'll be fine!

My RE said doing it at night was fine. I just e-mailed him to ask what I should do, but I'm not sure he will get back to me since its the Jewish holiday. I think I'm going to take it now and then I will just do it tomorrow at the same time as today. Thanks for the advice everyone. I think I will just feel better if I do it now.
