Damn... too much going thru my head with this mural! U see many "people" on the island... could it be the LOST people, or Others? The woman on the right, the French Woman, or someone we haven't met yet?
There are shark in the water,... the one(s) with the logo? 108 appears twice... in the sun, and on land... hmmm??? There's an eye on the right... who's watching?

Maybe the houses mean that there are two entrances to the hatch, or maybe they display the two camp sites where the others live, and where the survivors of the first flight lived....The one that Danielle was on

Actually you are forgetting that two other survivors were killed...the woman who was swimming in the water and was killed and the other guy Steve/Scott that ever bone in his body was broken. So that leaves 43 or 44 with the baby.
