Lipa and Keyspan
We are considering buying our first home and it has gas heat. We are trying to figure out how much is an average lipa and keyspan bill each month? For those of you that have gas heat how much do you pay on average each month? The house we are considering is a ranch. Thanks for any advice!

Gas heat for me (on the budget plan) is $140 a month.
I have a normal-sized 2-story.

Each house will be different based on the heating unit, insulation, size, windows, and for electric if it has newer energy efficient appliances and what kind of things you plug in and how you use them
