I had a hard time with them. They never seemed to go along with my real O date.

I used mine in conjunction w/clomid and it did detect the surge for me. I've only used it once, on this last cycle.

I used the saliva opk test. It's reusable, so you can use it everyday and get used to your cycles. It helped me out tremendously!!!!! FM me if you'd like more details!

i had an OB/GYN appt. yesterday and i asked her about this because i got my surge yesterday
she explained that it kind of depends on the severit of your PCOS
I have PCOS and my OPK's and CBEFM are totally in sync with when I really do "O", but this is not true for everyone

i have pcos and i bought the clear blue easy digital monitor, i got my bfp useing it the 2nd month. it worked great for me. best of luck to u!!! i also was taking metformin. lots of  to u

OPK and CBEFM are unreliable for women with PCOS. Are you under the care of a RE to help you get PG?
