It helps really well. Last cycle I had very little EWCM and the pre seed was the best.

I ordered the free sample but haven't ordered the whole package yet.
Did you try robitussin or mucinex? I'm trying to decide if I want to get the pre (external) or preseed (internal)...depends on how well the mucus medications work. The concept of the internal one makes me  Like we don't already know we HAVE to BD on certain days....we gotta add this to the mix to make it even more calculated and scheduled!

yes i did mucinex last month and didnt see any difference

yea hopefully you will get it beforehand!! its great to use when you BD a couple days in a row.. i was very impressed..lol
i used the PRE.. so far.. and you need a dime sized amount and i couldnt believe thats all you needed

Don't know if this is helpful but before I got my BFP I was taking Chastetree (Vitex) supplements. I noticed a big difference in EWCM and my cycles were much more regular...couldn't hurt! It is great for menstrual cramps/headaches/bloating and conceiving!!
