Is Tigger really hitting this child?

Can you tell? I can't really. To me, it didn't even look like he touched the kid. It looks like a playful game between the two of them. I just wish the video was up higher and lasted longer to see a little better.

Gotta wonder about Tigger
When DH and I went to Disney about 7 years ago...Tigger was VERY gropey with me..it was weird
He used to be DH's favorite character

I just think it's funny how they keep using the word "punch". He looks like his hand slipped at first and then he tapped him, trying to play it off. I see NOTHING wrong with what happened. The kid looks like the biggest geek and has probably received a few worse beatings in high school. ok that was bad but I had to say it!

Has anyone ever been in one of those outfits in a costume? How hard is it to see out of it? Could he be going to get that kid off of him and accidently smack him upside the head? Looks to me that is what happened. He didn't get hit. The family needs to relax
And the family member wants "him" to be a man come out of costume and apologize. What if it was a woman

Honestly, it looked like Tigger tried to go "tustle" his hair or give him a high-five but then either couldn't see very well (I guess in those costumes it's really hard to see) or kind of lost his balance on the cement curb behind them- That is what it looks like to me. I mean, in NO way was that a "Tigger intentionally hitting boy".
I think the Father saw this as a great opportunity to try and sue Disney for a ton of money (even if no law suit has been announced yet- just wait for it)-- Or they will settle out of court but either way I think the Father saw this as a chance to take a misunderstanding and cash in on it.
Next on wild crashes, videos and when Disney goes bad!!

People always want to sue the deepest pocket and disney is a huge pocket....
ETA: if Tigger hit him, the kid hit back. They were just playing around. Like he was trying to tousle his hair.
And maybe "Tigger" isn't allowed to come out of his costume and talk to the kid, or the press.
