Is it hot in here or am I pregnant?
Is this pregnancy or the humidity??
The past few days, I've been experiencing my own, personal heat wave. Like 90 degree, Africa hot!
I'm assuming my 24th week of pregnancy is the culprit... is this the normal time for "Holy crap, it's hot!" hot flashes to kick in? Like, feel claustrophobic hot?
Or is it the humidity that has hit Long Island recently?

I had an ice pack on the back of my neck and I was sitting on the couch just sweating.
LOL.

27 weeks and almost died at the mall today...came home to plop my overheated plump self in front of the fan..bring back the cool weather ....I think everywhere should be super air conditioned...lipa is gonna love us for the next us for the next three months.

I've been hot since I peed on a stick. It was so bad this winter that I often slept with so many windows open that my husband dog had to snuggle to keep warm. I turned the AC on today, could not handle it.

Yup sweating like crazy and I am always freezing (well prior to being pregnant) CAC has been running for days.

i've been so hot lately too! i wear short sleeves to work and all the other ladies are still in sweaters. we sleep with the windows open and fan going lol.

I'm only about 12 weeks and HAD to put the AC on last night. The night before last when I tried to sleep I woke up about 10000 times and couldn't fall back to sleep. I made DH take the covers off the ACs I could sleep tonight. I even put the AC on in DS's room. We are on the second floor with vaulted ceilings so it gets brutally hot!

YES!!! 24 weeks and these last few days have been disgusting! I was saying to DH "What am I going to fee like in July and August?" I also found myself stripping down to my underware and a tank in the middle of the night last night!

its def a pregnancy thing but i the humidity is not helping...this weekend DH would start the car and turn on the AC for me...
i just keep thinking if i am having a hard time with April I am so thankful I wont still be pregnant for August (sorry to all you late summer mommies)

I swear I am the only PG lady who is always cold! The only time I'm comfortable is when everyone else is complaining how hot it is! Bring on the heat wave! :)

yes ridic hot the last few days! and I SWORE after this winter that I would not complain about the heat but yesterday wasnt even what I would normally consider hot and I was dying. I was sweating like crazy all day! so gross!

Same here. I told DH yesterday that I really don't know how I'm going to make it to July. I've been hot for a few weeks - even put my winter clothes away like a month ago. But the last couple of days have been ridiculous.

I've been hot since the day before I found out I was PG and I'm usually freezing at all times! I just get hot flashes. I assume its hormones

That is so funny you posted this! I feel the same way! I was making easter dessert the other night and I had the bag of chocolate chips in my hand and I melted the chips! My feet were soaking sweating last night and I didn't have socks on. So GROSS!

I'll join you ladies!!! I've been LOVING the rise in temps because I've been FREEZING my whole pregnancy so far!!
But, if this one is anything like DD, once we hit July / August, I'm going to be wishing for cooler temps!!
