Hot yoga while pregnant?
First off, no, I am not pregnant. 
Anyways, a few weeks ago one of the instructors where I go was saying it's perfectly safe if you've been going for several months prior.
Has anyone done HY while preggers?
I would imagine a lot of the poses are modified, no?
It's such an intense class and having been pregnant myself recently, I have a hard time wrapping my head around being able to do this.
