IS it at all possible for OPK NOT to detect ovulation?

Just wondering....I feel something going on down there. Bought digital OPKs and nothing

Yes. If you have a really short surge or if you didn't use pee with enough concetration.

I went thru about two and a half digital boxes, all negatives. It was so discouraging. I held the urine for three-four hours, followed all the rules.

I was shocked when I tested positive for pregnancy

Im sure anything is possible. What CD are you? You just might be testing too early

Yes, If you have PCOS it is difficult for it to detect your surge... look up a little bit regarding polycystic ovary syndrome and see if you can relate to any of the symptoms...

If you find that you have some I would suggest seeing an RE they will monitor you through-out your cycle to see when you are ovulating...

IT cal can be you just ovulate really late, I O around CD 21-24... Pretty long cycle.

It definately is possible...I suggest to continue to use the OPK's though bc there is a chance your body is gearing up for O & that you will O late..What CD are you???
