Introducing Yogurt?
At what age did you do this? DD is going to be 8 months and I'd like to start giving it to her. Pediatrician said not until 9 months and I'm unsure why the wait. Is it because its made with whole milk? I just bought the Yo Baby brand while out at Target. Also for those that give yogurt, do you typically give it as a breakfast or a lunch? Just curious! Thanks!

I don't remember exactly but probably 8-9 months. I usually gave it to him for lunch.

With DD I started at 6 months. My DS just turned 6 months but I am waiting to start it until his check-up because he is currently on Alimentum Formula and I am not sure if the Yogurt will upset his stomach.

I gave yogurt to my kids at 6 months, they had it at breakfast and lunch. We used Yo Baby brand.

With my older dd ib was told 8 months. With my younger one I got the okay sooner but probably have it around the same age. Usually for lunch, sometimes for breakfast or a snack.
