Introducing yogurt
At what age did you introduce yogurt? Did you give it to DC plain or did you mix it with a fruit?
Did you give it as a snack or as part of a meal? DS usually eats about 4-5 oz of solid food per meal.

I started on her 8 month birthday. Gave her a little plain organic yogurt alone first. Then mixed it with some fruit. I've also given her yobaby alone. I do it as a meal--either breakfast or lunch.

I gave it as lunch, instead of her fruit. I didnt mix any fruit in with it because it was already fruit flavored. we tried all diff yo baby flavors.

We did it plain..but was Yo baby which is fruit flavored and as part of a meal..at like 9 months.

we gave ds yogurt at 5 months. i started with plain vanilla yogurt. dr said it was not necessary to start with yo baby so i didnt. I gave it on the side at lunch time in addition to his meat or veggie.
We have since moved up to peach yogurt and other fruits that he has already had.
he loves it!

We started Yo Baby at 6 months old. I give it to DD with her breakfast. She has cereal mixed with formula, mashed up fresh fruit, and about 2 tbs. of yogurt.

We introduced it at around 7 months, at first I gave it to her for lunch but def didn't satiate her so now I mix it with fruit and it seems to fill her more, but again, my child is a BIG eater

6 months.
Never served Yo-Baby just bought the quart container of organic whole milk yogurt from Trader Joe's.
All of their lunches were yogurt based with a fruit and a veg.

We started it last week at 7 1/2 months.
So far, so good...she LOVES it, but I'm wondering if it was the cause of her projectile vomit the other day

DD got vanilla yogurt (whole milk organic Trader Joes) starting around 9 months. I never bothered to mix w/ fruit b/c I consider vanilla a flavor.
