I dont know what to do..
I still think he's overtired. Try swaddling and putting him down for a nap using white noise.

Are you sure he doesnt have silent reflux? With silent reflux you may not see spit up but they feel it so they overeat to help the pain. He's most likely not hungry; instead trying to find a way to make his belly feel better. Does he arch after eating? Does he immediately cry if you lay him flat?
He seldom cries after feeding. Usually he fell asleep or awake but quiet.
Last night he doesnt stop crying because i tried to follow the 2-3 hour sched. He cties nonstop from 8-12 midnight,. I gave him milk at 730pm. At 80 he stared crying, i carry him and play with him. He fell asleep like 10 minutes and cry again. I gave milk at 935 pm. He still cries after that. I carry him the whole time he was crying.
He stops at 1am and fell asleep.
This morning i try to feed him every 2 hours, he cries after an hour so I gave him paci. But he doesnt like it. He continue crying louder and louder until i decided to give him milk at 1.5 hour for 3oz.

Apple I also think maybe he's tired or maybe cranky cause formula is no good....maybe try getting formula for colicy baby???

Both my boys gained a little under 4 lbs by their 1 month visit. The pediatrician never mentioned a problem. In fact, they both consistently gained at least 2 lbs per month until they were 6 months.
I really don't think you have anything to worry about. I certainly wouldn't just listen to what the norm should be..or what they are "supposed" to gain, because every baby is different. My first left the hospital taking 4 oz..the nurses couldn't believe it.

I just dont understand why he cant stay full until 2hours ??
He doesnt stop crying even if i hold him or olay with him. ?? he's just getting gas for nonstop crying.
Tired? Of what?

its strange to me how every one feeds newborns at different times... i feel like im the only person who stayed on the schedule the hospital had her on... every 4 hrs shes up to 4oz per feeding now...
2/16 she was 6lbs 2oz
2/18 leaving the hospital she was 6lbs
2/20 first drs appt she was 6lbs
3/1 2 week appt she was 6lbs 11oz
I didn't feed in a schedule bc I didn't want to feed my DD when she wasn't hungry. If she was hungry, she let us know!

This is why we started using the RNP. DD was never diagnosed but it helped by not laying her flat. Also feeding RTF formula, a gentle formula and gas drops in each bottle.
We feed DD powdered formula now. I've noticed 6ozs mixed makes 7ozs. I think that may be why she gains slower now.
