Infant Vitamins
How do you get your DC to take the liquid vitamins? I lay her down and she spits it out and gags. I don't blame her they smell so bad. But I want to make sure she is getting some in her. Can you put them in a bottle? Or just let her take in whatever she can from the vitamin dropper?

For a long time I mixed them in her food.
Now she takes it from the dropper... I stopped trying to force her and just kept tapping her lips saying "yummy".

I put it in juice. You cannot put it in milk/formula as it will interfere with vitamin absorption. So my DS gets one small watered down cup of juice with his vitamin. Hides the taste well.

Infant Vitamins
My DS did the same thing until I learned to squeeze it into the side of his cheek, not directly into his mouth. Now it is better. I also let him suck his pacifier after each sip to make sure he swallows.

I just put them in their bottle. They wouldnt take them straight up but never refused a bottle with them.
