Infant vitamins?
I could have sworn that we had gotten them previously from our local CVS but now they say they arent selling them anymore and that only the local mom and pop drug stores are selling them. HUH? Anyone else hear this?

We have prescription vitamins that have been on back order since July at CVS. I never heard them say anything about discontinuing the regular ones though. Both stores by me have them. Target sells them too. Try Walgreens or rite aid...

The poly-whatever-whatever ones? The yucky brown vitamin?  I got them not too long ago at CVS because the ped couldn't write a prescription...something about the mfg being out. But I did find them.

CVS is definitely out of them but I was able to go to Target and get them there. I'm referring to the Poly-Vi-Flor. Apparently one of the drug companies stopped making them and now the other company can't keep up with the demand. The pharmacist at Target believes they should be able to catch up in the near future and they will no longer be so difficult to locate. HTH.

Same happened here.
I went to local pharmacy and they give me generic version.
CVS has pulled this with my last few prescriptions, telling me they are out/backordered to try a local pharmacy. So now I go there for all my prescriptions, they dont make me wait 20 minutes to place a sticker on a box either.
