Im very confused!!
So yesterday i was sure auntie flow had arrived. before i was on the pill my periods were light the first day, a mess the 2nd to 4th and then would taper off..and they would be long. like 7-8 days. The pill changed all that and they were light to med and quite easy to deal with.
now that i've been off, they've remained kind of light. the first day will be light to med, with the 2nd day the same, and then start tapering off.
this month..i cant figure it out. Its like NOTHING today. It was very light yesterday to begin with, and now its barely there. Im not even sure what to call this and im supposed to start clomid on day 4 which would be sunday if i start couting from yesterday.
WHAT THE EFF IS GOING ON??? I have never in my life had a period this light, and it concerns me that something is off kilter.
any ideas...?

Did you test? It could have been implantation bleeding.

no, my husband just asked me the same thing. hes insisting i test tomorrow..LOL.
does implantation bleeding look like menstrual bleeding..sorry if thats gross..
i highly doubt im preggers anyway...

So your bleeding started at 11 DPO?
Do you know how long your LP is and are you sure about your O date?

Did you recently go off of BC? I ask because this happened to me last month. For a week. I took a an HPT and blood-both were BFNs-I wound up getting AF two weeks late! If that is your case, you could be adjusting. If not, I would agree with the PP.

I've been off BC since last feb. March-May they were 29-31 days right on time..Then i was 2 weeks late in June (but i do remember i was super stressed at something going on in my life, so maybe that skewed it) however, i'd say oct/nov/dec they were starting to get back to normal. My last period was 12/19.
i use the CBEFM, so my last high day was 1/5...so i count that as my 1st day past O. (and this month i only got 2 high days and then the peak days, which normally i get 4-5 high days..but i've been using it since august so maybe its gotten to know me..LOL)
Normally my LP's were 13-14 days..although i never thought about that when i was on BC. but it seems to be varying the past few months by a day or 2..which has me concerned..

It's normal for your LP to vary 1 day before or after ... Mine is usually 14, but it has been 13 and 15 at different times.
I trust the CBEFM, so if you O'd on 1/4 (that was your second peak day, right?) - then it could be really late implantation bleeding, or you could just be someone who spots before AF.
AF isn't counted as starting until you have FULL FLOW - so it wouldn't necessarily mean you have a short LP - KWIM? You can still mention it to your doctor and see if they have any suggestions, and/or ask to go for 7 DPO testing next month for a progesterone check.

im confused though b/c im supposed to do clomid days 4-8 for the IUI on day 13 and i dont think anyone is at the dr's office today.
it started out as a full flow yesterday..and its blood..not like a mix of dark brown which i had like 2 days before this...
good god..i've never been more confused.

if your not sure, have your doctor take blood and than they'll no for sure wheter you got AF or if you're prego. They would need this done for you to start clomid anyway so just go in on CD3 (counting full flow -yesterday as day 1, which means you'd have to go in tomorrow).

i guess i'll test tomorrow morning and if its BFN i'll just start the clomid like im supposed to.

is there a lab you could go to? tell them you want your blood levels checked to see if you got your period. Is there a way to talk to your doctor? I wouldn't take the clomid if there's any chance you think you could be pregnant.
