if you were induced...
did you wind up delivering vaginal or c-section? I have two friends who were induced last week (one was a week past her due date, the other was in labor naturally but it wasn't moving along so they induced) and they both ended up needing c-sections. I don't want to go far past my due date for work reasons, but I also don't want to increase my chances of needing a c-section.

I was REALLY upset when I found out I needed a c-section, but to be honest, it really was not that bad at all.

I was induced because of Cholestasis and ended up with a C-section, because his heart rate was dropping. I know this isn't a typical result of induction.

scheduled induction and after 12 hours and no further along they gave me a choice to continue trying to induce or c. I chose the c and I was very happy that I did.

i went into labor naturally, but after 2 days they broke my water and gave me pitocin because I wasn't progressing.
I had a v-birth.
eta: I was 10 days past my EDD.

I was induced because my water had broken a few days before, and I didn't realize it. 
I did not dilate after 7 hours on pitocin so I ended up with a C section.

I was starting to go on my own but they brought me in, gave me cervidil and planned on inducing me in the morning. That night I went in to full labor. I ended up with a c-section after 22 hours of labor because both of us were in distress.
ETA: 18 hours of my labor were WITHOUT an epidural - which I'm really MAD about and I dont think that pain helped either of us.

I had a c/s, b/c after about 6 hours of Pitocin, I went from 1 1/2 cm to 2 cm...
The dr said I could have waited longer, but she didnt think I would make much progress. The pitocin was NOT causing regular contractions for me...

Scheduled induction with cervadil and pitocin. I did not progress AT ALL- and the baby was sunny side up and wasn't dropping. After 18 hours of no progression, we decided on a section, although my Dr. gave me the option of another dose of cervadil. At that point, the pitocin was at a maximum level and the contractions were so painful, I just wanted the baby OUT!

I was induced 6 days past my due date due to ruptures in the amniotic fluid. I delivered vaginally after 17 hrs of labor. It was rough for me!
