Re: If you could relive one day in your life...

Wow, this is a tough question.

Certainly I'd relive my wedding day. So far it has been the best day of my life.

But I'd also relive the day DH and I met, looking back it seems so meant to be. It was the first day of classes at Nassau Community College. I was late as always and was hurrying out of my car to meet my friend who had my Starbucks. Got out of the car - closed the door - realized my keys were inside...locked! I figured I'd leave it that way and figure out what do after class since I was so late. I met DH in my last class for the day. I saw him walk into the classroom and sit down near me...thought to myself, "wow - he is really cute". So I tried to make small talk. He was completely uninterested. But I begged him to try to get the keys off of the drivers seat in my car. He agreed and the rest is history!

...that was the first and last time I locked my keys in my car....we were meant to be. Chat Icon

Our Wedding Day!!!

We had a blast but I was sick with some type of a stomach flu. To relieve the day without the nauseous feeling & to be able to eat all the food instead of watching my guests enjoy! Plus I would love to be that skinny again Chat Icon

I agree with some others. But I would love to relive my wedding day and really take the time to soak everything in. Also, I would definitely try more of the food. Chat Icon

June 6, 2005. The day of DH's accident. I would have done anything to stop him from going to work.

March 17, 2007..ditto I would have done anything to get Fred out of that hospital and over to Winthrop or St. Francis..he didn't want to go..I should have forced him.

Re: If you could relive one day in your life...

My wedding day for sure! For so many reasons but mainly because my grandfather was still alive, and my Aunt hadn't been diagnosed with cancer yet. She didn't even know she was sick. Now she is at home with hospice care and given only a few weeks to live. I look back at that day and realize just how much has happened in one year. It really makes me sad that things have changed so much in such a short time. Everyone was happy and appeared to be healthy. Chat Icon

Definitely wedding day, would have done so much different.

Other than that, can I pick a time period? I want to re-live the entire summer of 1995! Best summer ever Chat Icon

Re: If you could relive one day in your life...

the day DH and I found our first apartment together, it was really at that moment that I knew we would be together forever

a random day in june 2005. It was the last time I saw my grandmother coherent and aware. My mother and I visited the assisted living facility and we all ate cupcakes together and laughed alot. I left for the summer shortly after and she took a fall and spiraled completely downhill before I got back from my trip :(
