Funeral Directing is what I have ALWAYS wanted to do!!
But if I had to pick something fun it would be a dream to have a craft store & do scrapbooking and make invitations for people!!!!!!!!!!! I find it relaxing & fun and I love the creativity of it!
ETA that I already AM a funeral director so I did acheive that!! (it as what I wanted since I was 14!)

Wow, it takes a special person to do this job. How did you learn about it? What made you want to do it? Do you become "numb" to death like a Doctor might. I find it very interesting, but scary....

I read about funeral directing school when I was 14. It was article in Newsday about the program and it stated that funeral directing was a male dominated industry I was like "What the eff?!!!" I made up my mind & decided then & there this is what I aspired to be!
And sure some people become "numb" to it. It can happen in any job I guess. But I TRULY love what I do.  I love to make someone feel a little better just by maybe talking to me about their loved one or by making a person look better after being sick for a long time or maybe someone in an accident.
I rambled Sorry!! I really do LOVE my job!

It would be something to do with animals instead of teeth for a living. I'm in dentistry now and would have loved to be a vet.
