Well - I know there are dimwits like me who misunderstood the rule. I thought it was BY the 19th, not ON the 19th. And I do everything super early, so..... 
You're not the only dimwit! I thought the same thing... except I didn't mail mine yet... laziness rules my world

I thought by the 19th. I don't think it is a big deal when you mail it out. People are busy and do it when they can.

Well since we planned it I thought we said mail it out on the 19th. The reason being everyone gets it the same time. And then there is one post about it, AND it's more exciting that way

Too late for me. I got a package yesterday with my ornaments. I had no idea thats what it was and i opened it. The only problemis I have no idea who it was from.
ETA: By the way I love them and so did my 2 older kids!! They were thrilled that someone would think of them and I was too. THANK YOU!!!!

I will be away for my first anniversary this weekend and getting back next Tuesday - should I wait til then or send it tomorrow?
Also, are we supposed to wrap it? Are we supposed to say who it is from?
