Thank God you are ok! That sounds very scary, now I am worried for my 3 hr.

I'm SO sorry that happened. I swear, they have to be nuts to do this to a pregnant woman
When I did my 3 hour, my dr. told me to bring someone and the people at the lab provided me with a place to lay down if I needed it. They really should take better precautions and provide a more suitable environment for a pregnant woman doing a 3 hour glucose test.

OMG James!!! I'm so sorry that happened to you. I can only imagine how you felt. I hope they are able to get what they need from the blood sample so you don't have to go through that again.

Oh goodness Jamie, I am so sorry!!! This test is tough , especially on a PG woman. So glad that you had others watching out for you. As you know, my DS was a large baby and they put me through this test every week in the last trimester. They swore, every week, that I would show GD. It never happened. I wish I had advice, other than to stay close to the lab techs that can help you.

Not sure but when I called the doctor's offcie to tell them what happened, they said they would likely send me to see a specialist and nutritionist...

How are you feeling today? are you completely recovered?
I still can't believe how that test hit you  I would have been sooo scared to think I was nervous becuase I felt light-headed and fuzzy for an hour.....

I feel better today but was very tired for about 2 hours after or so yesterday....
