How swollen were you at 28wks?
I feel like it's too early to be this swollen. Tonight is the first night that I have noticed this. First my rings almost didn't come off, then I look down and my ankles and legs are significantly swollen. Eek!

I havent been wearing my rings consistenly in about 2 weeks ( Im 30 weeks now) I wore them 2 days ago and I was afraid I wasnt going to be able to take them off. I cant really tell how much my ankles have swollen bc I got my mom's skinny ankles but I know they are definitely a little bit swollen (only I can tell).

Re: How swollen were you at 28wks?
With my past 2 pregnancies I was SO swollen and couldn't wear my wedding rings. This time I'm doing ok with my hands... But as for my ankles, last 2 times I was a mess as well. I had to wear flip flops and buy extra wide mens shoes to make it towards the end!! This time around I bit the bullet and invested in a pair of compression stockings. They are a bit pricy-- but I HIGHLY recommend that you get a pair and wear them every day! I have been wearing them since about 28 weeks (where you are now) bc I started to swell- and now that I'm 38 weeks I am not swollen at all and my ankles look fab. I can't believe it, but the stockings totally made a difference.

Re: How swollen were you at 28wks?
With #1, I stopped wearing my rings towards the end of the 1st trimester, but they had been getting tight prior to becoming pregnant. My swelling got really bad around 28 or 29 weeks. I gained a lot of weight in a very short amount of time. I also had high BP during the 3rd trimester.
It's normal to have some swelling. Try to keep your feet elevated if possible during the day. Stay off your feet as much as possible. Are you having any issues with your BP? If everything else is fine, I wouldn't worry about it.
