Anyone h ave swollen feet and ankles but the bottom of your feet are red?

If so what do you do for it? Im going to soak them in epson salt and hope that works.

I never had swelling with my first, but my ENTIRE foot would turn red. My dr told me that it is a sign that my feet are going to swell. And, they also get itchy. She said to elevate them when it happens.

My feet are very swollen. I have tried EVERYTHING soaking them in ice water.
That just releives the pain, not the swelling.
The only thing that helps is just keeping them up and off them as much as possible

My feet are very swollen, and they get so red they look sunburnt, which I know isn't the case since I am barely outside and have pretty tan skin to begin with.

My bottoms also burn. I don't know what else to suggest. I just try going barefoot as much as possible when home and keep them up. Thankfully the summer is almost over!!
