Mine gives at 12 months but I am holding off until 18 months. My ped was completely fine and supportive of our choice.
ETS: i would have held off even longer, but I live in Brooklyn and am on mass transit every other day with DS.

CDC says between 12-15m So in that time frame for us 
I took a look at her shot record and yes, I did the MMR at her one year visit here in TX. I had too. They wouldn't let me delay because she was a new patient (just moved to TX in June) and so I had no choice. I did delay the rest tho.
My opinion is to follow the CDC within their ranges. So far its worked out ok.

Our ped gives it at 15 months. They give it with the Chickenpox and one other vaccine. DD#1 had a reaction to every vaccine so we split those three up into 3 separate appts, but she ended up getting MMR first at 15 months.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with DD#2 yet as to when she'll get it. My ped won't delay so it'd have to be somewhere between 15-18 months.

My ped does it at 15 mo with the chicken pox vaccine. B/c of personal history myself with the measles shot, i didnt want to combine it; so we did chicken pox at 15mo visit and 4 weeks later we did the MMr. SO i guess he was 16 mo when he got it.

12 months for DD#1 and 13 months for DD#2 (she was sick at 12 months so she couldn't get it). They didn't get the chicken pox shot at that time -my ped did that at another visit.

I delayed both kids to 17 months. They got that vaccine only during the visit. Our ped normally gives it at the 15 month visit.
