how often do you go out to eat?

this could be breakfast lunch and/or dinner, but does NOT include workweek lunches. outside of work.

but a sit down joint, NO fast food (ie BK, McD, Wendy, Panera)

1-4 times a week is a big range. We eat out once a week and bring in once a week.

1x/week - Friday nights.

If we have people visiting, then it's a little different.

Also, sometimes we'll also do our favorite Sunday brunch at this beautiful restaurant overlooking the water.

usually 2- friday and saturday nights for dinner. every once in a while i'll have a tired night during the week and we'll order in chinese, but for the most part thats it.

Depends... we used to go out Thurs, Fri and Sat, but obviously trying to save money and since we have a baby coming I get too tired. Probably 1 or 2 times a week... either that or take in.

About once a month, maybe less.

I love to cook and am pretty good at it. I often end up disappointed by restaurant food -- although it IS fun to get dressed up and be waited on every now and then.

we got out most Friday nights for dinner and then usually another time during the weekend for lunch or dinner.

1-2 a week. A lot less since when I was working. Least I can do is cook dinner since I'm not doing much else these days.

We eat out A LOT! it's only DH and I and by the time we get home from work, we are just too tired to cook.

It's a habit we are trying to get out of and we are trying to at least cook a few times a week.

3 or 4 times a week for dinner

everyday for lunch

I don't have a microwave yet and I don't really cook

ETA- I also work really late so at 9pm I don't feel like cooking...and I usually need a drink

we used to go out 1-2 times per week, but not anymore. We are hard core budgeting and have a toddler at home, so it's rare. Plus I can have a gorgeous steak dinner with all the sides for under $35 at home.

we havent been going out to eat too much lately.. if anything we'll order in on a night we come home a little late and im tired or we have nothing defrosting..

We go out to eat maybe once a week, or every other week. My DH and I both don't mind cooking.

saving money we cook at home 5 or 6 days a week and the other day my dh brings food home from his parents restaurant. so lately none, however lunch is delivered to work every day so does that count?

we eat lunch out everyday.
DH never brings lunch to work
We eat dinner out a lot.
Probably 5 nights a week.
sometimes more even more, but some weeks i will cook a few times, nothing major but when i feel like it

Usually on Friday & Saturday nights we do either take out sushi or we go out to dinner. This gives us both a break from the cooking & cleaning up

once a week.... DH and I do all the weekly shopping errands and the laundry on fri night.... we treat ourselves to take-out that night (basically becuase as is, we only get the food in the fridge and the sheets on the bed by 1am )

Out to eat, almost never. Oddly enough, I don't remember the last time I ate out with DH or DC. Every other month or so I may go out with friends. We do get take-out on Fridays. It's my one treat.

We go out to dinner on Saturday nights and if we have lunch on the weekends (which is rare) we grab something while we're out. During the week all meals are from home.

We'll bring in once, go out once. Often we go to Moe's in Roslyn where it's probably cheaper to EAT there than buy food.
