Maybe a couple of times a month. When she was little hardly ever, but now that she's almost 4, sometimes it's just easier to order a pizza and call it a day. But that's more recently since i was pregnant and just had a baby now, normally not so much.

Whenever neccesary! Sometimes it's once every two weeks, sometimes once a week. Depends on what we're doing.

Im lucky is she eats anything at all. If there are choices, we try for the healthier ones.

Maybe 2-3 times a month!

I actually don't mind it anymore. There was a time when we would want to order Chinese or Moe's (Mexican) and they kids wouldn't even try any of it! So we ended up making something for them on top of ordering take-out

Now, they are trying things and liking it! My kids love chicken soft taco's now and will eat Chinese! Big steps here!

We never eat fast food (McDs, BK). Sorry to the people that do, it grosses me out!

If you are including pizza, we do have pizza once a week.

When we eat Chinese food or Mexican, DS eats something else at home.

And I would say 1-2 times per month we eat lunch at Nathan's in the mall. Landon gets a hotdog. It is rare thing, so I can deal with it.

Rarely- even if DH and I get takeout, I usually feed the kids first. There is so much salt in that stuff.

ETA: One exception- pizza. We finally found two decent ones here in LA that taste like home. We ALL love pizza- even my 15 month old eats the slice the NY way. It kills me.

DS eats hamburgers, turkey, grilled cheese, etc when we're out at restaurants. If we order take out, I usually give him something else to eat. He has eaten pizza a handful of times, but hasn't really had any other take out food.

If you're talking fast food like Wendys or Burger King, NEVER.

If you're talking pizza, maybe every other week. Since i've become a SAHM, we do a lot of MYOTO (Make Your Own Take Out) so I'll make pizza, tacos, stir fry, etc. because it's cheaper (and healthiier).

But just because it's not take out doesn't really mean we're eating healthy, though. DS loves chicken nuggets, tater tots, french fries but he only gets them if we have a sitter and I want to be SURE he'll eat at least something for them.

Megan has pizza once a week for lunch and once a week for dinner (not the same day)

She gets Mcdonalds like once a month. She doesnt even finish it. Its just an adventure for her.

DD eats pizza or Panera. That's it for take-out. Panera once every other month or so, pizza 2x per month.

never... she often gets a frozen earth's best or happy baby thing, but I always make her something.

We eat out a lot on the weekends -- the baby too. At home or the babysitters he has a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner. When we are out we order him pasta with tomato sauce, grilled cheese, french fries or pizza.

he also likes diner breakfast-- a little egg, ham and toast.

If we go to BBk they have a pretty good mac and cheese and apples kids meal. It's actually not salty at all and not too fatty although I still like to keep fast food as rare occurances.

We usually order pizza for dinner 3 or 4 times a month. Now that the nice weather is hear we usually eat dinner out at a restaurant once or twice on the weekends.

ETA: We never take them to fast food restaurants when we go out to eat.

We order pizza every Friday night, and DS loves it. We also get chinese about once a month, he loves the chicken & broccoli with rice. We usually eat out at a restaurant about twice a month- I used to bring stuff for him but now that he is 2, I let him order off the kids menu. Typically he will pick chicken nuggets or grilled cheese. We have a McDonald's and a Wendy's right near us-but I would say that is a once every few months treat.

DD is only 11 months so she hasnt really had anything "out." I usually bring her food with us and then she'll have little bites of things off my plate. I hope to avoid fast food with her as long as possible...as much for myself as for her!

we have pizza every friday and usually go out to eat once on the weekend.

sometimes DS gets a kids meal, other times he eats off our plates.

She has never had any fast food. She will eat 1/2 slice of pizza every other week. Mostly if my DH and I are eating something take out, she will eat something else.

It varies. DS has never had McDonalds type fast food. I've allowed him pizza, but that's really it so far. We get pizza a couple times a month on average. DD is allowed more types of fast food, so she eats it a little more. I'd say maybe 3-4 times a month max?

At least 1-2 times per week. And at school they give them pizza once a week.

But when we do take-out/restaurants she usually eats grilled cheese and broccoli (unless it's a diner and maybe she'll get pancakes). If we bring in food, it's chinese and she'll eat chicken and broccoli. Oh and sometimes we do thai and she loves that!
