1 day for the retrieval, 1-2 days for the transfer (2nd day is pretty much optional).

I was lucky my cycle fell over my vacation for Christmas, but if it didn't I would have need two days. One for ER and one for ET. As it wound up my ET was Jan 2nd which I had off and I went back to work the following day.

I had one day off for the ER but was glad it was on a Saturday so I was able to rest the next day. They recommend you rest the day after the ET so I took off 2 days.

Retrieval I took 1 day and the transfer I took 3 days even though they only suggested 2, I was just being overly cautious.

You need the day of ER off. ET day I took off but was back to work the next day. Both times I got prego.
