Re: How much do you spend...
Parents we do probably 200-300 each (we have three) and my bro probably 100 or so (even though I set a 75 dollar limit).
For each other - jeez, I said no more than 150 and in two minutes I blew that.

Re: How much do you spend...
We do a Secret Santa in my family.... so you get one name and that's it. makes it so much easier. I also buy for my DH obviously and we buy for his brother, SIL and kids. that's it. DH and i have no kids of our own yet.
i hate the commercialization of Christmas. i appreciate the sentiment, but buying for everyone particuarly when you have a large family is too much. we prefer quality time together over gifts, so we'll do things like dinner out one night, a day in the city, etc.

Re: How much do you spend...
Normally, we'd spend about $500 on my parents, however we split that up might be different (it might be a joint gift then some individual ones, etc.). As for my sister and BIL, we do about $50-$100 on each of them. Everyone else in my family is $50 max. We don't have a relationship with my in-laws, so we don't buy for them All that said and done, we're buying a house soon, so my parents threatened our lives if we spend any money on them for Christmas We did, anyway, but a little less than usual, especially because we have Ava to buy for now.

Re: How much do you spend...
Guess we're cheapies too! Less than $50 for the adults, about $100 for the kids. The older ones get GCs, the younger ones still get toys.
Sometimes I'm a cheapie w/DH too! I tell him to look around our new house. Then I say "Merry Christmas", "Happy Anniversary", "Happy birthday" or whatever holiday is coming up at the time.

Re: How much do you spend...
We spend around $100 for each of our parents. We do grab bags for DH's side of the family and we pick 2 kids and a couple (BILs & SILs). For the kids we spend $50 each and $100 per couple. We don't go too crazy.

Re: How much do you spend...
Usually, my sisters and I will do a secret santa, since there are 4 of us plus 2 husbands. However, since my sister was pregnant, we decided to skip the gifts for us and buy for the baby. Plus, we spent a large sum of money on a shower and presents last month.
This year with DH's family, we told them we're sticking to a $50 limit. There's really nothing we want and we're trying hard to save for a house.

Re: How much do you spend...
We spend $50 for each sibling, and about $100 on each parent. We don't hold ourselves to a limit though - although we try not to go too crazy.

Re: How much do you spend...
We spend between 75-100 on each parent. We don't give gifts to siblings as we only buy for the kids
