How much do you pay for prenatals?
I just got my script filled since I had so many samples from the Dr. I just paid $50!!! for a month supply thats with my insurance if I didnt have insurance it would of been $85 Jesus that is crazy!!

my insurance does not cover prenatals so my doctor said the otc ones are fine. i get the CVS brand ones with the extra DHA tablet when they are on sale buy one get one free. So i think i pay $14 for 2 months worth

With my insurance and getting the prescription prenatals its under $10 per month for the regular prenatals. My extra folic acid they don't cover and that costs another $4 per month. I think i pay about $12 per month.

How much do you pay for prenatals?
The first time I got it I made the mistake of getting the name brand- it was $120 for a one month supply!! Now I get the generic for $40/month.

How much do you pay for prenatals?
my Rx prenatals were $70 / month, i believe ... after the first month, i switched to the OTC ones (Nature Made + DHA) and those cost $20 for a three month supply and are just as good, IMO.

Why not use OTCs? Many are the same as rx vitamins.

I use Target prenatals, same ingredients as my friends Rx prenatals. I pay 7.99 for a 200 CT bottle

my insurance charges $5 for 30 day supply of citranatal assure but my docotor gave me a savings card which gives them to me for free!!

I have a high deductible plan and preventative pills are free.
Don't worry, I am paying a million dollars for the hospital visit so the free vitamins are a small perk.

They were a fortune even with insurance, so this pregnancy I have been using OTC...Nature Made I think is the brand and then Target DHA capsules.
