how many ToTs did you get?

i know i'm on the west coast and most won't see this until the morning.

we had two small waves of kids and then a few stragglers. i believe a total of about 30.

SO bought way too much candy... and way too much of "good" candy that we would be tempted to eat, so i was giving it away by the handful.

we still have half a large bowl of candy.

i'll have one more piece and then hit the hay.

hope everyone had a good night... now, on to the christmas carols... oy!!

10-20 max. Cant believe how much candy we have left. I have 4 bags left of Kit Kats, Twix, M&Ms and Hershey bars! First set of kids came by around 4 pm and last around 7pm. I think its because our house is at the end of a dead end block, so we lucked out? I didnt really see any trick or treaters when I drove around town in the afternoon either.

None- I was shocked because we live in an apartment complex with a ton of kids. Granted we didn't get home from work until 6:30, so we could have missed them all, but I was so disappointed

About a dozen. We usually have several dozen at least. At least we don't have to buy any new Teal Pumpkin Project supplies for next year...

Not many, maybe a handful of kids. I met up with my DH and kids after work and we were out until 5:30 when they started to get hungry. Not many TOT's after that. Next year I may consider not buying so much candy because I have a TON leftover on top of what my kids got.

It was definitely less then last year but still had a lot. I too have candy left over. but that's because I went insane buying it lol

I lost count.
Tons.
They came in waves, in big groups. At points the street outside my house was swarmed with people.

We also probably missed a bunch because we went TOTing ourself. But only for like a half hour/45 minutes.

Definitely over 50. almost ran out of candy and had to dip into our organic fruit chews. LOL.

We got 2 groups of about 4-5 kids that came around 5:30. I then put the bowl out so I could make sinner and not have to run down the stairs to answer the door each time.
Around 7:30, my husband went out to bring the bowl in and it was gone - my halloween bowl and everything in it :(

We had about 40. We went trick or treating a few blocks away with DS' friend from school and I am not kidding when I say there were hundreds of kids. I couldn't believe it. We were with a group of about 40 kids ourselves. At one point, it looked like all of the "smaller" groups ended up meeting up at one house and there were about 100 kids at this one person's home. When he opened the door, his face was priceless. He yelled into the house and then the wife appeared with more candy and to help hand out. It was really crazy but really fun for the kids.

Stupid amount. I think the most we have ever had. My neighbor said the most in 15 years. We were overwhelmed with kids from about 5-6. Nonstop crazy, then just a few lone kids.

I'm not sure. I got home from work and took the kids trick or treating, and by the time we got back the bell didn't ring. Probably some before I got home.

I had more than last year, but they came so early. I happened to have taken the day off, but I would have missed everyone if I'd been at work.

We had one little boy come alone with his dad at like 7:30 and DH gave him fistfuls of candy. He came back in and said he found the one other person in the neighborhood with a job.

A bunch - 4 bags of candy and a huge back of lollipops gone. The trick or treaters were definitely done early. We finished around 6:30 and hardly anyone out. We had a few stragglers to the house after that.

Not too many! I was a little sad- I was hoping for more. I think we might've missed some, too- I had to take DD to the doctor so we were gone from 3:30- 4:30. I have about half of a big bowl of candy left.

Not many. 10 or so kids and 2 ADORABLE baby goats. Yup, pets of a neighbor.
