Not many. 10 or so kids and 2 ADORABLE baby goats. Yup, pets of a neighbor.
Did the goats get candy?
I bet they'd eat it- wrapper and all!

how many ToTs did you get?
Not a single one! And there are kids in my building, I don't know where they are trick or treating. My husband was home most of the day, so it's not like we missed them. I haven't had any in the last 8 years, but I still buy the candy every year just in case.

Not sure - we had about 3 before going out ourselves from 4:30 - 6:30
in that time, my bowl of candy was cleaned out.
I'll never know if it we got a lot of TOT's or just one group of jerk older kids that took the whole thing!

how many ToTs did you get?
I went to my mom's house to help her and also see the TOT's since I get none, and she had 86. What I love about her town is nobody TOT's after 7! This year the last one was at 6:45pm.

I get a lot of ToTers but it ends early in my neighborhood too. We got one at 9:15 at my bf's house which I thought was crazy for a Monday night. The worst part was you can see the couch from the front door so there was no hiding

That's pretty much how it is by us too
By 630 they are done
When I was growing up in Bayside, they still rang the bell till 11pm! I'm glad for my mom they don't do that on the island. When I got home last night , I'm in queens, I had one ring my door bell at 9...I was like, nope!

Where does everyone live that got tons of TOT? My mil said 3 kids came to our house. Dh bought that candy to work today.
We went in Islip and by 630pm we were the last TOT. My 3 year old and 2 year old niece were on a roll. We walked into the house at 7. I was surprised not more kids were out.
I wish Halloween fell on the last Sat of the month instead of the 31st. I feel like kids don't get to enjoy it as much.

0. Two years ago we got 1 ToTer - the kids across the street from us. Last year we got 0. This year we got 0. Granted, I'm not home all day, but still.

Apparently I live in a popular neighborhood for trick or treating because DD recognized a bunch of her friends from other neighborhoods who came to ours to trick or treat.

We had a couple of really late ones, too. The younger ones I didn't mind- maybe their parents had to work late (and probably felt terrible about missing ToT-ing) but the older kids without parents- that annoyed me.

My parents get several hundred every year. They bus them in from other areas. We used to just sit on the stoop because the door would never be closed anyway. I used to love seeing all the kiddies in their costumes!

I made goodies bags, about 75 of them. I only had two left over, so 73 kids in came. It's usually that many every year.

A good amount. We were out trick or treating until about 6 and then handed out candy. We only had 2 bags, lasted about half an hour.
