How many diapers do you send into daycare?
Basically, I got a note from the teacher saying in nicer words that I'm not sending in enough diapers. DS goes 3 days a week. I send in a whole "brick" of Luvs diapers out of a BJs box (size 5). So that would be 1/3 of the box since there are 3 bricks in there. Do other parents send in more? 
DS is 2 1/2 if that matters.

My son is 2. I send in one full package of Luvs (size 5) from BJs. And my son goes monday through Friday. That will normally last them about 3 weeks to 3 1/2 weeks. They change every 2 hours. And sometimes that can be up to 4 to 5 diapers a day. Way more than what I use at home on the weekends during the day.

Same here and the teachers tell me on the gram when the supply is getting low so that I can bring more in.

I talked to DS's teacher this morning and it turns out she wrote the same note to all the parents. She's willing to store more than one "brick" at a time, which is what we've all been sending in. Now I don't feel so puzzled anymore by the note

i feel like I am CONSTANTLY bringing in diapers. I bring them in the double "bricks" since there are two together from the larger boxes of diapers.
I would estimate they use 5 diapers a day x 5 = 25 diapers a week. its never enough, i think they use them to pad the cribs and walls and as toilet paper and maybe for the older kids to wipe their mouths with after snack

didnt even know they were called bricks. LOL i said 1 brick at a time. if they need more, they write it in the book and i'll send in another one.

They like to have 1 in supply, in case the others run out, so they are likely just asking so you don't run out completely and have none....but you do go through way more at daycare than you do at home!!

DH and I have always called them bricks for some reason. Not sure why
