Follicular phase is the time between AF and O (when your follie is growing). Luteal phase is from O to AF.

Mine was about 9-10 days. I would get a positive OPK on days 8 and 9, so I'm assuming I probably O'd on day 10.

My follicular stage was 25-32 days long
