We started looking a little bit last June.
Then in September we really picked up the pace and we found our house at the end of October.
Hang in there. I personally found it helpful to look at a lot of houses, then you really get a feel for what is out there and what you really want.

We looked for about a year. At the start, we weren't ready to buy just yet - but we wanted to know what was out there.
