lol well i'm in the minority on one of them... i say "our" like "are"  i think its my south jersey upbringing! the only time i say it like "our" is when i'm working with the kids at school and trying to help them spell it... LOL
BUT, i do say "i blow dried my hair"...

Are
Blow dry, blow dried...actually in that case I usually just say I dried my hair.

It depends what I am saying before it or after it and how easily it flows from my mouth.
Blow: I think one may be able to consider blow-dry a hyphenated verb. In either case, I say either:
I blow-dried my hair.
or
I blew my hair dry.
